About Gin Perry

Hey there! I’m Gin Perry, a Vancouver based artist.

What I love about art is that it is an attempt to express inner truth. Even if it’s not intended, it does.

A lot of my inspiration comes from the invisible energetic fields that surround us all the time. I love the concept of fractals and how we are mostly made up of space, since atoms don’t actually touch. When you look at matter on a molecular level, it looks like outer space. We are micro reflections of the macro, and we are the macro to another micro.. It goes on forever, ah!

I really love to explore the cosmos through my paintings. I create new worlds and get lost in them. Come travel with me! ;)

Spirituality is a huge part of my life and I often paint pictures depicting our connection to the metaphysical worlds.

Sometimes though, my paintings are just straight up weird. For this style, I often don't plan my process but rather show up to blank canvas and let myself be carried on the journey.

$0 of $500 per month
When I hit $500 per month, I will give away a 12"x12" oil painting on canvas at random every month. What it means for me is I will be able to devote more time to my art and less to working lame jobs that aren't inspiring. Also, I will be able to invest in a good quality camera so I can show you my work behind the scenes with better quality!
