I have spent the last 18 years in the culinary field, working jobs ranging from a short-order cook and pizza chef to a sous chef in a Relais et Chateaux hotel and fine-dining restaurant. As varied as my career may have been, I haven't yet had the opportunity to put my creativity and personality on a menu. Over the years I have matured as a cook, and now I want to challenge myself by not only producing original recipes and dishes, but forcing myself to learn new mediums such as photography, writing, and web design. 

My ultimate goal is to not only share my successes, but my failures as well with you, the reader. It's been a growing philosophy over the last few years, that if you cannot learn from your mistakes and identify them, you simply will not progress in life. I hope to share my ideas with people who may want to improve as a cook at home, but with professional cooks and chef who just want to expand their repertoire. 

My goal here is to start a supper club in the city of Atlanta. I want to start cooking the food that makes me happy, and I want to share it with all of you. Food should be the spark that starts good cconversation and new friendships. It should be engaging, challenging, and fun. I love small, intimate gatherings of friends and good food and drink is always a good way of bringing people together. Throw in some relaxing music, and you have a recipe for lots of good memories, and that would be my aim with this service.
