Wind & Rhythm, a weekly National Public Radio show, invites listeners to reconnect with their roots as members of bands; encourages listeners to participate in community music-making; and provides listeners an opportunity to hear the best bands in the world.

Wind & Rhythm has grown organically over its 9-year history, now reaching a million listens a year from 25 NPR stations using only a shoestring budget. But, there are over 38 million of us in the USA alone. How do we give everyone a chance to participate? Raising our 2017 budget and throwing the doors open to your creativity is a great place to start.

Once we reach our budget goal, we'll start to introduce our stretch goals, because there are many exciting things we can do together: we can accelerate our marketing efforts to sign up more NPR stations to reach even more band music lovers, we can generate original video programming to let you see the music as it's recorded - taking you onstage where the energy is so intense, we can take our team to WASBE 2017 in Utrecht, Holland this summer and let you see and hear music from those stages, and more.

It's time for us to take advantage of the 400 episodes and press on into new opportunities. Thanks for your support!
